Corona and Covid-19
Block Zero follows and urges all employees to strictly follow the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Sweden.
If you feel sick or have any symptoms of illness- stay at home, even if you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. The pandemic is not over so please follow the directions below.
These rules apply to everyone, whether you have been vaccinated, have confirmed antibodies, have recently tested negative for Covid-19 or not. But it's up to everyone to judge how they best follow the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Sweden in regards to their own situation, vulnerability, immunity etc.
- Work from home if you can.
- Remember to keep a respectful distance to those who prefer so, and wash your hands often.
- If you have tested positive for Covid-19 you must stay at home for at least seven days after falling ill and 48h with no fever. A slight residual coughing and/or lack of smell/taste is ok.
- Finally, don't visit the office at all if you feel any symptoms of illness. It doesn't matter what that illness it is or if you are certain it's not Covid-19. Don't infect anyone with anything!
If you feel any symptoms of any disease, such as coughing, sore throat, runny nose or fever, you must stay home. If you would under normal circumstances go to work, please continue working from home, but don’t meet or go to the office. If you’re too sick to work from home, report in sick in QBIS as normal.
Follow the instructions on 1177 if you have symptoms of Covid-19.
If you can't work for other reasons, such as daycare being closed, sick children, doctor visits or other logistical problems caused by the current chaos, this is to be treated as any normal absence, i.e. sickness, VAB, vacation etc.
In order to ensure a safe working environment we will do our best to avoid procuring services from unvaccinated contractors. We will ask them to provide evidence of vaccination. This applies to all service providers that spend significant time together with the team, not to eg repair services, remote contractors or temporary visitors.
We want the workplace to feel safe for all employees. We both care about everyone's health and their comfort and sense of security in the office. Therefore we ask of all new employees to show a proof of vaccination before being allowed to work in our office.
